No, our office and fleet are closed on standard statutory holidays so our team can spend time with their families. We encourage clients to schedule time-sensitive shipments ahead of major holidays to ensure seamless delivery timelines.

Absolutely! We offer a versatile fleet to match the scale of your shipment. Depending on your cargo size and urgency, you can select from our cars, cargo vans, or straight trucks. Our team will help ensure you route the most efficient and cost-effective vehicle class for your job. 

Our primary service network is within Southern Ontario, but we can accommodate cross-provincial deliveries on a case-by-case basis for special, time-sensitive, or emergency shipments. Please email or call our dispatch team to discuss your specific routing needs. 

We provide standard curbside delivery, as well as dock-to-dock and office-to-office drop-offs, ensuring your shipment safely reaches its designated receiving area. 

We primarily specialize in high-efficiency dock-to-dock and office-to-office transport. However, we do provide high-touch handling and white-glove services on a case-by-case basis for corporate roadshows, exhibitions, and convention centre logistics. 

Our fleet is equipped with hydraulic tailgates (liftgates) capable of safely handling shipments at locations without a loading dock. A standard tailgate service fee applies to these deliveries; please notify us when booking if your pickup or delivery location requires this equipment. 

To keep our fleet running on schedule for all clients, a standard wait-time fee applies if a vehicle is delayed at a pickup or delivery location beyond our standard complimentary grace period. For specific rate structures and details regarding wait-time allocations for your equipment class, please reach out to our office via phone or email. 

We accommodate both regular commercial account holders and one-time, on-demand shipments. For businesses with recurring logistics needs, we recommend setting up a corporate account to streamline bookings, customize routing preferences, and simplify monthly invoicing.
